Stone Block Selection Photos

Before production begins, we send you photos of the actual stone blocks that will be used for your order. These images allow you to review the natural color variation, veining, and unique character of the stone before any cutting begins.

This step ensures:

• Transparency in material selection
• Confidence in color and pattern
• No surprises during production

Production Photos

During and after production, we provide photos of your custom piece as it is being fabricated in our workshop by skilled artisans. This gives you a clear view of the craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail involved in every step.

These photos show:

• The stone being cut and shaped from the selected block
• The craftsmanship and detailing throughout production
• The final finished product before packing

Once production is complete, we share final photos of the finished item for your review and approval prior to shipping.

Secure Crating & Final Packaging Photos

After your approval, your custom stone product is carefully prepared for shipment. We provide final packaging photos that clearly show how your item is protected for safe transportation.

Our packaging process includes:

• Custom wooden crates built specifically for each item
• Foam and protective materials to prevent movement and damage
• Secure positioning designed for long-distance international transport

These images demonstrate how your product is safeguarded during both ocean freight and air cargo shipping.

Custom Production & Delivery Process

Our customizable stone products are made to order and crafted specifically for your project. From dimensions to finishes, each piece is produced with care and attention to detail.

Because these products are custom-made, they follow a structured production and shipping process designed to ensure quality, transparency, and reliability.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Production (Approx. 4 Weeks)

Production takes approximately 4 weeks and is completed in Türkiye. Once your custom product is finished, we will send you photos of the completed item for your review and approval before shipping.

Shipping Options

Standard Ocean Freight (8–14 Weeks Total)

International Transit (4–6 Weeks)

After approval, your order will be placed into one of our containers shipping to our Atlanta, GA warehouse. Transit time for ocean freight is typically 4–6 weeks.

Final Delivery (3–5 Business Days)

Once the container arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you to confirm delivery readiness. After your confirmation, your order will be shipped to your address using one of our carriers. Final delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Expedited Air Freight (3–4 Weeks Total)

For customers who need their custom stone products sooner, we offer an expedited air cargo option via DHL or FedEx.

After production is completed and photos are approved, your order can be shipped directly by air. This option significantly reduces transit time.
