All orders ship from our warehouse and showroom located in Tampa, Florida. We maintain local inventory for faster delivery and quality control. Every piece is inspected and approved at our facility before it reaches your home, ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered.

Absolutely! Custom design is our specialty and what sets us apart from mass-production competitors. We offer fully customized natural stone pieces including sinks, mantels, countertops, and more. Will I see the stone/finished product before shipping?▾
Yes! We provide photo approvals at every critical stage. For custom pieces, you'll see photos of the selected stone block before production begins, and then photos of the finished product before shipping. How long does delivery take?▾
Delivery times depend on the product type:
  • In-stock items: 3-5 business days via standard shipping
  • Custom/Made-to-order items: 8-14 weeks via our container program
  • Rush orders: 3-4 weeks via air cargo (additional fees apply)

Yes! For customers who need their custom pieces sooner, we offer expedited air cargo shipping. This reduces delivery time to 3-4 weeks instead of our standard 8-14 week container program.
