3.5x9 Vintage Kurdish Hamadan Rug Runner

:: Triple serrated contour oversized center medallions interconnected by a single long stemmed vine adorned at either end by cypress tree stylized finials wrapped by a serrated leaf main border in a colorful range of shades. Colors and shades include: Brick red, dusty teal, dark navy blue, sand, camel, ivory, gold, powder blue, dusty aubergine burgundy wine red and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile, knot heads and foundation. Mostly secure sides and ends. Old moth etching throughout down to base of knots, a few localized areas of tinting and soft stains. One end measures 3'5" whereas the opposing measures 3'3" which is within normal margins for type and age. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Kurdish Hamadan rug runner made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 3'5" x 9'1".
