:: Quatrefoil center medallion with sprawling floral spray bouquets and classic Farahan Sarouk inspired design motif in an early American Sarouk weave. Main border in a serrated leaf and ornate palmette cross-section and pomegranate top view. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, brick red, lime green, cobalt blue, dusty gold, powder blue, navy blue, jade green, dusty blush, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even pile height across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple small repairs down the center of the carpet which can be seen on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Sarouk rug made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 4'3" x 6'5".
