Main border in a reciprocating Samovar Turtle design motif. Colors and shades include: Black cherry red, sapphire blue, ivory, beige, powder blue, oxidized silver, platinum, ruby red, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Localized areas of restoration scattered throughout in varying degrees of expertise. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Heriz carpet made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 8' x 11'.
