We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition as received
Unused and unworn
With original tags
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use any carrier of your choice unless instructed otherwise.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies only to non-defective, buyer's remorse returns and will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee is charged for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at customerservice@luvohome.com within 48 hours with:

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly, and these items are eligible for a full refund or replacement without a restocking fee.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (if applicable to stone products)

Gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us if you are unsure about eligibility.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing takes 3–5 business days
Your refund will reflect the applicable restocking fee (if not damaged/defective)
Original shipping costs are not refundable

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment

All orders are subject to our current inventory. If the product you ordered is out of stock, one of our consultants will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the best available alternative. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until payment is processed and confirmed by Luvohome.

Shipment Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed on the same day they are placed whenever possible. Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days. For customizable or special products, delivery may take 4–5 weeks or 8–14 weeks. Please note that items requiring 8–14 weeks for delivery are considered Pre-Order or Made-to-Order and may be marked as out of stock in our system. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as delays from third-party carriers. Luvohome is not liable for such delays, but we will assist in coordinating updates with the carrier.

Delivery Method

Standard LTL Delivery: Orders are unloaded at the driveway, curbside, or the most feasible location. Inside delivery (bringing the product into your home or garage) is not available. Drivers are responsible only for unloading the order from the vehicle. Customers are advised to have extra help available on the delivery day to move heavy items.

Shipping Rates & Coverage

We ship across the contiguous United States. The shipping rate displayed on the Cart and Checkout pages is the final rate for your order. Luvohome uses advanced freight calculation services to ensure the shipping fee covers the cost regardless of inventory location.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email a shipment confirmation along with tracking details. Tracking numbers are activated within 24 hours of pick-up.

Damage & Inspection

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to pallets, boxes, or the material, note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) and take photos before signing. Notify us on the same day with photos of the damage and POD receipt. Any damage must be reported to file a claim. Claims reported after 7 business days of delivery will not be accepted.

Warehouse Pick-Up

Customers may choose to pick up orders from the warehouse, either personally or via a third-party carrier. Inspect materials for damage before loading. Photos of any damage must be sent to Luvohome before taking possession. Once picked up, Luvohome is not responsible for transit-related damages.

Order Cancellation Before Final Delivery

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment, but once the order leaves the vendor warehouse, cancellation will incur two-way shipping fees plus a 25% restocking fee.

Order Inspection Post-Delivery

Inspect all goods upon delivery to ensure accuracy and condition. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 24 hours. Any installation constitutes acceptance of the products, and claims cannot be made after installation has started. Natural color variations are expected in stone products; we recommend mixing products from multiple pallets during installation for best results.
